Renovation Is the Harder Job

Anyone can dig a hole in an empty yard. Renovating means working around a finished house, mature landscaping, an existing shell of unknown quality, and a street that notices a dumpster. It takes crews who've done it a few hundred times.

Ours have. Every trade is in-house - excavation, plumbing, tile, masonry, plaster, and landscaping are all our own licensed employees, not subcontractors. We're the only pool builder in Las Vegas that can say that. On a renovation it means the demolition crew and the plaster crew answer to the same project manager.

And we're the only PebbleTec-certified pool installer in Las Vegas that is also a pool builder - which matters more on a refinish than on anything else we do, because the finish is the job.

What a Renovation Covers

Fresh plaster, marble coping, raised spa, and pool before filling

  1. Resurfacing and PebbleTec refinishing

    The single biggest change you can make. New pebble, new colour, new pool.

  2. Waterline tile and coping

    Replace the two details you look at most.

  3. Equipment modernization

    Swap out old single-speed hardware for Pentair variable-speed pumps, advanced filtration, automation, and LED lighting. Most owners see the difference on the power bill.

  4. Deck replacement

    Pavers, stone, or decorative concrete, laid out around how you actually use the yard.

  5. Full redesign

    Change the shape, add a raised spa, add a water feature, rebuild the whole backyard around it.
